How can I help
I offer a supportive, confidential space where you can take time to explore what’s going on for you.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to understand yourself better, we can work at a pace that feels right for you.
Individual Counselling in Malahide
I offer in-person counselling and psychotherapy for adults in Malahide, North Dublin—a space to talk openly and be heard without judgement.
I work in a person-centred way, supporting you to explore what’s going on for you and any changes you might want to make.
People come to therapy for lots of different reasons, including:
feeling anxious or overwhelmed
low mood
relationship difficulties
life transitions
feeling stuck or unsure
If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, you're very welcome to get in touch for an initial chat.
Online Therapy
Online sessions provide flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space.
This can be a helpful option if you have a busy schedule or prefer remote support.
Walk and Talk Therapy in Portmarnock
I offer Walk & Talk counselling for adults along the Portmarnock coastline in North Dublin, combining a supportive space to talk with gentle walking outdoors.
Being side-by-side rather than face-to-face can feel a little easier for some people, and the movement can help you feel more grounded and less stuck.
It can be a good option if you find it hard to sit in a room, or if you feel more comfortable talking while walking.
We can go at your pace, and there’s always the option to pause or sit if needed.
Get in touch
Reaching out can feel like a big step. If you’d like to get in touch or ask a question, you’re very welcome to do so here.
I’ll come back to you as soon as I can.
