About me

I’m a qualified therapist based in North County Dublin, offering a calm and supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard.

I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my aim is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and at ease.

My approach is person-centred, which means I work alongside you at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. I aim to offer a space that is warm, non-judgemental, and supportive, while also gently helping you to explore patterns, challenges, and areas where change may feel possible.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I continue to engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to support my work.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to talk, you’re very welcome here.
