Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to talk openly and be heard without judgement.

I work in a person-centred way, supporting you to explore what’s going on for you and any changes you might want to make.

People come to therapy for lots of different reasons, including:

feeling anxious or overwhelmed

low mood

relationship difficulties

life transitions

feeling stuck or unsure

‍Online Therapy

Online sessions provide flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space.

This can be a helpful option if you have a busy schedule or prefer remote support.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy takes place outdoors, usually along a quiet coastal or park setting.

Being side-by-side rather than face-to-face can feel a little easier for some people, and the movement can help you feel more grounded and less stuck.

It can be a good option if you find it hard to sit in a room, or if you feel more comfortable talking while walking.

We can go at your pace, and there’s always the option to pause or sit if needed.
